Our public liability policies are aimed at those working as independent teachers or tutors, and are designed to cover your legal liability in the event of injury to a student during the course of your work, or property damage caused by you due to negligence.
For some contracts undertaken by you, other parties may require you to hold public Liability cover at a specific indemnity level – we provide cover for £1M, £2M, £5M and £10M Public liability indemnity levels.
We also offer the ability to add Employer’s Liability cover to your policy. Employers liability is required by law if you employ anyone, on a full or part-time, even casual basis.
