We cover throughout the UK on an unlimited mileage basis as standard but can extend to include annual or temporary European cover if required.
It isn’t mandatory by law for bands to have public liability insurance, however a venue can refuse to let a band perform if they do not have sufficient cover. They may require a specific limit of indemnity however, so do check with the venue. We can always add greater levels for you, upon request.
Our insurance covers you in instances where your equipment may injure someone or cause damage to the venue. The bottom line is that if you do not have cover you risk losing out on revenue due to venues cancelling your bookings due to lack of cover. Alternatively, at worse if you don’t have public liability cover, you could be held personally liable for any damage or injury caused.
