• Streamlined Contact System – We have developed a new system which allows for you to easily locate the direct number of the team, department or branch you wish to contact. This ensures you will not have to go through the switchboard system.

• MID update process – The MID is a database of all insured vehicles in the UK. Recording vehicles on this database ensures customers are not in breach of motor insurance laws. Given this, we have added a FAQ’s section solely on this topic and also a form which easily allows you to submit all the required information directly to our MID team who can then update the MID on your behalf.

• CGTV and News – Our research showed that 90% of all our mental stimulus comes from visual and audio aides. Given this, we have introduced a dedicated video library to include tips, advice, information and related news. This ensures we can provide you with any information or knowledge you may need.

• Broker / Wholesale Section – We have introduced a new section dedicated to our Wholesale offering. This section allows for brokers to explore our diverse product offering from a host of Insurers and also view appetite statements and supplementary documentation. Brokers can utilise the quote / enquiry buttons to get into direct contact with the required wholesale team.

• Careers Section – We have also developed our careers page to make it easier than ever to access information about our vacancies and to apply for roles. Within this section you can also access information on our Apprenticeship Scheme and what benefits this scheme has to offer individuals who are leaving education.

Another opportunity which can be found within our Careers section is the application to become a Westminster Insurance Appointed Representative. This allows individuals to set up their own Agency and benefit from Clegg Gifford’s experience, products and internal control / regulation systems.
