Clegg Gifford Tunbridge Wells Grand Opening – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
• The prize draw is being run by Clegg Gifford and Co Limited, specifically for the grand opening of the Tunbridge Wells office located at 44 Grosvenor Road, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 2AB.

Eligibility to Enter

• The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age with an active insurance policy.
• In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
• A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
• The prize draw is free to enter; however, you must provide all the above requested information.
• Employees of Clegg Gifford, their family members, and any affiliates of Clegg Gifford are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

How to Enter

• The prize draw will include those who fill out the required form in our Tunbridge Wells office on the day of the grand opening, which will take place on the 3rd of October 2024.
• To enter the prize draw, simply fill out the provided form and drop it into the box at the Tunbridge Wells office on the day of the event. Entries after the day of the event will not be included in the draw.
• Clegg Gifford will not accept entries if the information provided is incomplete.

The Prize

• The prize will be one £250 Amazon eGift card.
• Clegg Gifford’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
• The winner will be drawn at random from the ballot box on the day of the grand opening by a member of Clegg Gifford staff at the Tunbridge Wells office.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
• The decision of Clegg Gifford regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

• The winner will be notified after the event via the email provided on the entry form.
• Clegg Gifford will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
• If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Clegg Gifford reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the Prize

• The eGift card will be emailed to the email address provided on your entry form. Please allow 14 days for the email containing the eGift card to be delivered.

Data Protection and Publicity

• You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Clegg Gifford for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice. You may also consent to Clegg Gifford contacting you prior to your renewal date in order to attempt to offer you a renewal rate by completing the relevant fields on the competition form. There is no obligation to buy, and you are able to opt out at any time. Our privacy notice can be found at www.cginsurance.com/privacy-policy/. • All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at tunbridgewells@cginsurance.com or by calling 01892 356644.
• The winner agrees to the release of their first name and type of insurance to any other prize draw participants if requested via Clegg Gifford.
• An announcement of the winner’s first name may be made via Clegg Gifford’s social media accounts should Clegg Gifford choose to.
• All personal information shall be used in accordance with Clegg Gifford’s Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

• Clegg Gifford does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Clegg Gifford does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
• Clegg Gifford does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

• Clegg Gifford reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
• The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
